1. Who we are

The Realty Company ("we", "us") is a real-estate advisory operated by TTC Technologies LLP, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We help buyers discover, compare, and visit verified residential projects in Bengaluru.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through therealtycompany.in (the "site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

Enquiry data you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, and any preferences you share (budget, locations, configuration, possession timeline) when you fill a lead form, request a callback or site visit, or chat with our AI assistant Mira.

Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — we never see your Google password.

Usage data: basic, aggregate analytics such as pages visited, to understand what buyers look for. We do not run advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiries, shortlist and share matching properties, arrange callbacks and site visits, send transactional emails (acknowledgements, password resets), operate your account and saved properties, and improve the site.

We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

Our property team and, where relevant to your enquiry, the developer or their authorised sales representatives for the specific project you asked about — only what is needed to arrange your visit or answer your question.

Service providers that help us operate: an email delivery provider (transactional email only), hosting and database providers. Each processes data only on our instructions.

We may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.

5. Emails

Transactional emails (form acknowledgements, password resets, booking confirmations) are sent when you take an action and cannot be opted out of while your account or enquiry is active.

Marketing or update emails are sent only if you asked for them (for example, project updates on a lead form). Every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the contact below; we will action verified requests within 30 days.

7. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to personal data inside our team is limited to people who need it to do their work.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults exploring property purchases. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update this page and, for account holders, notify by email. The date below always reflects the current version.
