How The Realty Company Is Compensated

The Realty Company earns commission from developer partners when a successful property booking is completed through our advisory and site-visit process. Commission is payable by the developer, not by the buyer, on eligible inventory as per the applicable agreement.

  • Buyer brokerage is not charged to the buyer on eligible developer inventory where the agreement with the developer supports that model.
  • Commission terms are governed by the agreement between TRC and each developer partner and may vary by project, phase, and inventory type.
  • Compensation terms for a specific project are disclosed on the project page where required and where the information is available.
  • TRC does not guarantee booking, pricing, or availability. All project details, prices, and availability are indicative and subject to change; confirm with the developer before booking.

Price & Data Freshness

Prices shown on project and property pages reflect the most recent verified price snapshot available to us at the time of display. Each project page shows a "Last verified" date so buyers can see when the information was last checked.

  • Prices are indicative and subject to change. They are not a quote from the developer and should be confirmed directly with the builder before booking.
  • Where current pricing is not available or is stale, the page will show "Contact for current price" rather than displaying outdated figures.
  • Floor plans, layouts, and area figures are shown only from approved source material. Unverified dimensions are not published.
  • Inventory availability is not displayed as confirmed unless recently verified. Do not show "only N left" urgency unless sourced from a recent verified inventory feed.
